Dispute Resolution Policy
We are obliged to inform you of our Dispute Resolution Policy should you wish to file a complaint about the legal service provided to you. First, you must outline to us in writing your complaint, this will allow us to review the complaint and possibly offer some sort of resolution within our practice.
Alternatively, if you feel that your compliant has not been dealt with appropriately you can avail of the services that the LSRA provide. The LSRA can be reached at complaints@lsra.ie
They have a form to submit on their website, if your complaint is admissible, they will liaise with us and try to reach an informal dispute resolution.
